Is there an additional charge for the shipping and handling?
Seriously, NO. Because our products are digital in nature, we will send your purchased items through your PayPal email. However, you have the choice to receive your items through a CD-ROM shipped via USPS. All you need is to pay a shipping fee of $3.99. We only ship physically within the continental United States. Please contact us if you wish to avail of this service, or if you live outside of the United States but wishes to receive the item through physical mail.

Do you accept returns of merchandise?
